Feeling tired can affect productivity, mood, and often the overall well-being.
Get enough sleep: This may seem obvious, but getting enough sleep is essential for combating tiredness. Seven to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night should be the minimum. A relaxing bedtime routine can help to wind down and prepare for sleep.  The use of electronic devices for at least an hour before bedtime, or blue light can interfere with natural sleep-wake cycle.

  1. Regular Exercise: Exercise is one of the most effective ways to combat tiredness. It helps to boost energy levels, reduce stress, and can also improve overall mood. Only 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day, such as brisk walking, cycling, or swimming can help with sleep quality.
     
  2. Staying hydrated: Dehydration can make increase the feeling of tiredness. Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially during and after exercise. Avoid sugary drinks and caffeine, as they can cause a temporary boost of energy followed by a crash.
